RentalBuzzer does not collect Social Security numbers or conduct tenant screening or background checks.

RentalBuzzer does not currently provide functionality for tenants to upload leases or other documents to the platform.

D. Payment Information

RentalBuzzer is designed to facilitate rental payment management between tenants, landlords, property managers, and property owners.

Depending on the payment functionality available, we may collect or receive:

• Payment status

RentalBuzzer has not yet selected its payment processing provider.

• A tenant may view rental property information, payment balances, and transaction history associated with their account.
